Stiga Table Tennis Delivery Information
The delivery company will contact you by telephone or email to pre-book the delivery on a mutually convenient day. Around 24 hours before delivery, you will be contacted as a reminder and to advise a two-hour delivery window (timing is determined by the delivery company and cannot be changed). If you cannot be contacted at this point, the delivery will still go ahead - as the date has already been agreed.
Tables require simple assembly by two able-bodied adults and can take around three quarters of an hour to put together. An assembly service is available at extra cost - contact us for more details.
Usually the delivery guys are happy to deliver to a ground floor room or garden - assuming that access is short and straightforward. The table will be unpacked and you will be asked to sign to say that all parts have been received in good order (if you request the table to be left packed, we won't be able to uphold any subsequent claims for damage).
Cancelled and Failed Deliveries
If the delivery team arrive at your premises on the pre-agreed date but there is no-one to receive the goods, all possible efforts will be made to contact you. If you cannot be reached and there is nowhere suitable to leave the table then you will still be invoiced for the actual delivery charge. The actual delivery cost will also be charged if the order is cancelled less than 36 hours prior to the pre-arranged delivery date.
